Roller blind or vertical awning?
A roller blind goes inside, on the window, and controls the light in the room. A vertical awning goes outside, on the balcony, and stops the sun before it reaches the glass. They are often combined.
What is a day-night zebra blind?
A double fabric with alternating opaque and sheer bands. Moving it lines the bands up so the window «opens» or «closes» to the light without raising the blind.
Can it go on the window sash?
Yes, with a small mechanism on the frame, so the window opens normally. We check at the measurement.
